Just did a test with the AH-9 and the runway numbers should be 02 - 20 as my compass pointed to 018º and 198º respectively.

Its strange how other guys found different numbers...

Same happens on walking speed, but it is "fixable" by bringing the sights up a couple of times while pressing S (back) to stop the movement.
