Hi, I have the same problem.
I have try the procedure of
"please try verifying the integrity of the game cache.

1. Right-click DayZ in the Steam library
2. Click properties
3. Switch to the local files tab
4. Click "Verify integrity of game cache"

But still didint work.

I have also deleted the files and re-installed the game.
still does not work

My game version is 0.36.115297 but the server versions are .35.115188
So I cant join.
