An update on this. Once I logged back in to my character last night, both of my weapons were useless. They could not be reloaded or fired. The AKM had a mag in it, but would only click when fired, no shots, and I couldnt reload. All I could do was press "R" to get my bullets out one at a time. The M4 was the same way. It didnt have a mag in it, but neither gun would accept a new magazine.
