This may be completely irrelevant, but this is what happened to me.
I was on Northeast 0-3 and I spawned in Svetlo after making a new character. I had been playing for about 30 min while looting and was around the Svetlo police station. When my friend wanted to watch, I didnt want to load up my stream so he tried to use steam broadcast. I didnt have steam overlay or broadcast enabled so I alt tabbed out and enabled my steam overlay. My friend couldnt watch, so I restarted the game. Then I logged back on to the server and accessed my steam overlay to start broadcasting. After about 2-3 minutes of playing on the server after starting my steam overlay and broadcast I get kicked. When I tried to rejoin my character was locked in database. All characters on all stress test servers.
None of this may be connected, or even useful, I just thought I would let you know exactly what I did
