Character locking in Data Base

So I'm making a report on a issue my friend had.

Another one of my friends got "Character Locked in Database"

Happened with me as well, Was playing on a Russian Server then switched to a NL server with my friends and we all got the "Character locked in Database, Remaining attempts 3" then when we waited it kicks us off with "You were kicked off the game. (Character Locked in Database)
