When you get kicked from the server do you get a "Character locked in database" message or does it state "DB ERROR"? If the latter, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name/approximate time of connection and your xbox gamertag.

I first get the DB ERROR then after I try aging it says locked in character database every server I join it does the same things. The second account that I thought was working is know also locked in Character datalock. My Xbox gamer tag is WuDaman22

So I'm making a report on a issue my friend had.
He was in a tent in his inventory and heard a zombie stuck running at him, He then turns around and the zombie is in his face and kills him in 1 shot. The zombie didn't get any more hits on him just one shot and he was dead and lost all his gear plus when my friend came out of his inventory and shot the zombie it didn't die.
