My character is locked in database for a week now, when I try to connect to a server I have this message "you were kicked of the game database error" my gamertag is IndianaTIGER

Are you experiencing this issue still? The characters should get automatically unlocked within an hour and we also periodically unlock the characters manually. In case your character lock persists still, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name, time and date of the connection and the full message you receive upon being kicked from the server.
