The breathing is way too loud, extremely annoying, and not realistic. I'm in decent shape, walk through the city with a heavy backpack and jog on a daily basis and never once am I panting and weezing like this. There are definitely times when I'm out of breath, but the way it is in game is overdone and takes away from the experience.
