I seem to have had this problem for a long time. I press GOTO PRONE 1x after firing launcher and immediately and automatically stand up after laying flat. Feel like a human whack-a-mole. The only thing that I think I might be doing weird is that I am pressing goto prone less than a second after firing TITAN MPRL COMPACT.
