It was happening in every building I entered. I beleive I was in either Novy or Stary Sobor in the horse stables and red roof barns, brick house/cafe/pub etc.. I was able to reproduce reliably but I only tested it in a single regular server. Unfortunately, I am not sure which server I was in. Server time was about 19:00-22:00.
