I was driving and turned headlights on. I noticed when I turned the headlights on I started to get very bizarre physical behavior from vehicle (engine revving high and tires spinning) When I turned headlights off the strange behavior went away.

Steps To Reproduce
I worked too hard to get a vehicle running and did not want to risk destroying it to see if headlights cause unwanted vehicle behavior.
