Totally game breaking.

Reproducibility: HIGH enough that I wont be playing until this is patched

Grabbing ladders through walls, activating doors through floors, flashlights shining through walls, and zombies running through walls/closed doors are all game breaking glitches and must be remedied before this game can be taken seriously.
