Posting to confirm it has happened to me on 2 separate occasions. "**** is Losing Connection" appeared on screen then experienced instant "You are Dead" whilst on second floor of barracks and some house. Both times I recall my player was crouched if this has anything to do with it. Will refrain from play/testing until fixed.
