Is this a troll post? Can you atlest write more a out if this happen just now or have been there all the time and some info. Also try to reinstal. And remove all mods/addons...

Make sure you remove all of your profiles and addons. Go to your docoments and delete arma 3 other profiles and arma 3 folder. Also do this at steam folder in steam-steamapps- and delete arma 3 folder complete. Then make sure you dont have any parameters and your pc can handle the game (at least 20gb free space left).
