The second image is looking slightly left while prone in FPV.
The third is looking straight ahead, for me I see the same when looking slightly right as well.

Hi there this has happened to me and my friends before when moving in a tight space within a building. We all run Win7 and when one of us gets stuck in a building it's usually when we're running against one another and "push" someone through the wall, sometimes we can get out but mostly we have to die somehow to escape.
