OK, played a bunch of hours the past few days and easily 75% of the time it is a total downpour...how do i turn it off...ideally i dont to have a mod for this just a flag in a config file someplace and bam....no rain...

Ok, i got it, switching the characters from one to the other THEN clicking play works AFTER clicking the change server option and the clicking back.
