Moveable according to position on map-screen (i.e. put in map-view on top left corner = same position in non-map-view).
As long as your not able to walk under the pier from either side, it should be fixed. If the pier is open on the sides (thus being able to walk under it) it shouldn't be changed (use azimut istead is good).
