We play on official servers. The sickness has also started in the middle of traveling from one place to another, nowhere near any gas zones. The even stranger thing is that when we become sick with toxic poisoning, there's no cuts or anything before it happens, it appears almost like a regular cold. I even usually pop some tetracycline thinking that's that it is until I begin to cough up blood.
Just wondering if you are on official server or community?
If its community it is possible to create invisible gas zones.

841 days I've had log files stuck on my account, not just a server, my account, they only appear through API calls but I can only get 1 .ADM file and it's always 20mb-50mb because it's not making a new file, it's just adding on to it. The 4 log files that are over 3 years old are stuck attatched to the database for ni3860267_3 the api call that shows it is https://api.nitrado.net/services/:id/gameservers/
It's been nearly a year since I was told a feature that is advertised and I am not receiving yet every other server is, isn't a priority or important, by one of their developers
If their security is this bad that 238 days later they're still working on it, should you really be forcing us to use the most absolute worst service provider in the world?

i came across this glitch, and this thread with the solution (place it, then turn off the program, come back, and it worked)

Stable now. But all my items I dropped got duplicated on relog.
Reopening this, because after quite some time of the "buildanywhere" option being in the game for community servers, garden plot and fireplace placements are still a gamebreaking exploit.
I get the "use it at your own risk" related to players clipping walls and tents.
But giving a feature that allows from one side players to have more freedom of where they want to base, while on the other allowing to exploit bases to the point that doesn't matter how tall a wall is anyone with no tools can get inside, breaks the experience.
Fix always was as easy as removing collisions from those 2 objects, please consider it because it's a topic that will always come up. People need a progression to be able to raid. Even if they get some tents around and boost that way, fair enough, they can try with 1 or 2 tho. Fireplaces and garden plots literally allow to make stairs as high as their persistence in exploiting this mechanic. Removing those geo lods wouldn't affect the game, garden plots get as high as shoe level, fireplaces would still burn players within trigger area from the centre.

We do need to create a consolidated report that contains all the relevant info that we can present to Nitrado to try to improve the situation. We do not have access to the account nor the conversations.

The support system is currently inaccessible! Also, why do I need to provide pictures? They should be able to access my account with just my username. If they are not cooperating with you, surely alarm bells should be ringing 😆
@Geez Yes. This is the overall problem; Nitrado are not replying to me. I've not been rude, so there's no reason to be ignoring me. Communication is so slow it's mentally exhausting. More and more is happening and I'm getting lost as to where I'm at. Quick responses from them and you would help things be a lot clearer. They then went on and wiped the wrong server because they weren't following the conversation and keeping up to date, but we'll get to that. I'll post screenshot in a bit.
please provide also the screenshots of the request/communication that followed up to that event and ticket ID's.

in some games. you cant play if you ae in an xbox party.
i would love this to be a feature on dayz, then dayz would have to be played the way it was intended, using personal radios and proximity chat only. true hardcore survival experience.
I got a reply, but it was over 100 hours after I messaged, and it didn't have any answers. I really could do with some support here. Is there somebody I can talk to from Bohemia as I appreciate this isn't for this type of communication?
Just found something extremely odd, I’m UK based, can’t join any other server from any region except community Australian ones… how is that even possible?

I'd like to make a suggestion for improvement, if I may: some games like Warzone, PUBG and others have the option to join a group of the game itself instead of the Xbox party. In this case, it would be possible to talk to people outside of our group, as we are not in a party. I don't know if I was clear.
That's how Xbox parties work in general. In any game you won't be able to talk in game when in parties. The way to talk in game chat is to go to party and switch to game chat using the switch voice chat option to talk into voice chat and you can also switch back to party chat after you are done with in game chat.
@Geez I am happy for people jumping on this and sharing their experience, however, I'm still awaiting a reply from you from a week ago. I've also messaged since then about another issue. Also, I've still not heard back from them after their message telling me about wiping the wrong server. That will be 48 hours soon. I appreciate you asking for more information, but as far as my issue goes, you should already have it.

Can I get some sort of reply for this? It's now been over 24 hours since they wiped a server I didn't authorise a wipe on and they've not answered me. All I'm after is the ability to be answered quickly. I get that they're busy, but that's something they need to sort out. It's been busy for a while, so they either need less customers or more staff. Also, what's the possibility of a new server host being provided and if not, what's the plan to make sure DayZ customers are getting support within a fair time frame (1/2 hour normal time, 1 hour peak times).
One of their reps said the reason for the global outage was because I did not stop the server before I uploaded a file. Blamed me for the entire Nitrado server crash.... I can never get them to respond in a quick, or timely manner. Then there is their messed up payment system. My server was down for almost a week because their payment method kept failing and I could not add a pay for the server.

I have experienced a significant amount of downtime between a little before Christmas to now, resulting in almost a complete loss of my player base. I am not one of those people who open a ticket right away (seeing as it takes Nitrado sometimes 4-5 days to answer any issues I have anyway). I usually opt to go to their discord and ask questions first, such is if anyone else has experienced the issue I am having an if so any recommendations they have on how to fix it. However, Nitrado’s discord is severely lacking. You can’t even mention any issues occurring or they threaten to ban you off their discord for “promoting toxicity”.
How is it promoting toxicity to call out bad service and behavior in a company? How are we supposed to get the help we need, while being forced to leave out extremely important details so we don’t get our accounts terminated for promoting toxicity. Not to mention, when an issue occurs, they refuse to take care of it in an efficient and timely manner, resulting in a LOT of angry customers. And rightfully so because we pay for a service that is no longer being provided. Not only that, but they continue to host new games while DayZ gets thrown on the back burner while their priority switches to the new games they are hosting and tickets take over a week to get sorted.
We are left to fend for ourselves because a service we pay for is not being provided and we are left no other option for a provider. There are countless times recently I have wanted to throw the towel in and close my 3 servers, because this is becoming way too stressful to be worth it for me. I work hard to repopulate my server only for population to get decimated for no fault of my own. It’s an ongoing issue that has yet to be addressed and I’m getting very tired. PLEASE start making progress towards allowing another provider. We beg of you! Thank you for taking the time to read this
So Bohemia and Nitrado acknowledge this but ignore that Nitrado blackmailed me when I pointed out how illegal their refusal to refund stolen runtime was.

Sorry - hadn't seen the other issue when I put this here. If you have verified your internet connection is not the issue, the best place to track this is over at https://feedback.bistudio.com/T175914 (for PC) or https://feedback.bistudio.com/T175909 (for XBox) . While those issues are related to experimental, there are recommendations you may wish to use for the released launcher as well - also some people have listed more of the related directories I alluded to in my previous post.
I ran into this issue and wanted to share my experience finally resolving it yesterday.
@Geez Nitrado have now wiped the wrong server. They've made assumptions based on my previous messages and wiped. Because they aren't replying to messages quickly enough, they're getting confused with what is being asked. They need to respond quickly or make a chat option. You can't have a chat about current problems if the replies are days apart.

We believe this might be related to adjusted spawn points on community servers (please let us know in case you experienced this on official). In such case the server owners should contact us and provide their modified server files.

@Geez Now I'm hearing of a problem with wiping servers. And they know about it, but it's still taking far too long to get a response from them. 18 hours is ridiculous. That's 36 times longer than it should take. We need the live chat function back, especially now they have so many problems that need support.
They did send a work around for the wipe issue, but it didn't work and completely screwed with my server, which I needed working as I had a window of freedom to test stuff.
We need you to start taking this a bit more seriously. Nitrado aren't the only server providers in existence, so why are we being limited?
