ctrlSetTooltip and lbSetTooltip don't work on LISTNBOX

Description

I was using lbSetTooltip on LISTNBOXes and they worked fine a few patches ago. I just noticed it doesn't work anymore.
So I tried ctrlSetTooltip command on one of the LISTNBOXes that used to work with lbSetTooltip but it didn't work either.

I can confirm that lbsettooltip just works on index 0.

Yeah I can +1 This doesnt work I even tried to see if there was a "lnbSetTooltip" Command but sadly no again.
Only gives a tooltip for the first row.

I can attach a test mission if it helps

Yes this works if tooltipPerColumn is set in the controls config.
