Zeus: Adjustable Area of Affect for Lightning

Description

Currently Zeus's lighting is a little overpowered, a single lightning strike in the middle of the street will knock down the closest building. The ability to scale the area affected by lighting could potentially prevent a lot of accidents, and at the same time give the Zeus more control over his lighting. A slider with a displayed blast radius, or a key-bind used in conjunction with the mouse wheel would be much appreciated.

Upvoted, as you said "A slider with a displayed blast radius" would be the easiest to do i believe, 1 = full strengh and 0 = just for the show.

The lightning is now significantly more expensive in ZGM scenarios now, making it less prone to exploit.
I'm afraid all other solutions are not achievable due to technical limitations.
