Busy server wont let in when player using squad.xml profile

Description

If you use squad.xml and try to join server which has high playercount (+70 players or so), it takes forever to connect or it wont never let you in.
When you disable squad.xml profile, you get in instantly.

Steps To Reproduce

Set up squad.xml profile with .paa picture.
Try to join server which has high playercount.
You wont even get into lobby but when you disable squad.xml url, you get in instantly.

Additional Information

This issue is also in arma 2 oa.
Doesnt matter even server has cached picture, wont help.
