Currently when a player is flying at 1000-1500m altitude he can see the view distance limit very rounded.
In real life, even when you have a view distance restricted to 12km by weather conditions there is no such curved effect.
ingame the roundness level doesn't appear from low altitude, but the effect increase too much compared to the altitude reached. the horizon should stay nearly 100% flat.
i think the problem is because there is a lack of fog simulating a flat horizon.
arma 2 had an artifical fog horizon that decreased the sensation of roundness of the view distance limit.
