Steps To Reproduce
Preview attached mission. All helicopters are set to allowDamage false, have 0 fuel and have setVelocity to [0, 0, -99] so that they crash. Some of them will get blown up.
Additional Information
Expected behavior - No helicopters get blown up since they are set to allowDamage false.

easily reproducable with a vehicle spawned in midair.
i tested with 10 hummingbirds. all set to spawn on 200m altitude and allowdamage false. result: all 10 get destroyed on impact.
