Steps To Reproduce
In any scenario where you have a weapon.
1-Ready your weapon (Don't aim through sights, just make sure it isn't lowered)
2- Zoom In

It is only present when using a collimited sight. It generally follows weapon sway, as though it were a "ghost" of the projected aimpoint. Going ADS, it clearly merges with the projected aimpoint.
RCO - clearly visible
ARCO - slight flickering, but noticeable
ACO - very erratic movement and flickering
HOLO - least visible
It is not necessary to zoom in to see it, though it helps.
