Steps To Reproduce
Take a vehicle, drive a bit, get out, sometimes vehicle auto-restart.
Maybe this "bug" occurs when soldier is moved by player during animation (get out vehicle). If player wait until end of animation, it seems it's better but not 100% of all cases.
Additional Information
it's a minor bug but when happens player have to get in vehicle again to stop engine if silence is required
