Description

Game Version number: Experimental 1.3.0.84. Also tested on Stable 1.2.1.189
Modded: No. I have also never downloaded mods for Reforger on this PC

Issue Description:
Crash to Desktop, rarely a force shutdown is needed.
Happens typically within 5 minutes of starting a single or multiplayer game. Rarely (Less than 1/10) the game crashes after 1-4 hours. Below is a sample of crashes in experimental, both in singleplayer elimination event and joining a multiplayer server, the second multiplayer crash took one hour of gameplay to occur.

System specs:
AMD RX 5700 XT Driver ver. 24.12.1
Gigabyte Aorus Elite V1.0 BIOS ver. F19d
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM 16 GB 3200Mhz. NOT used in XMP mode during these crashes.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start a session in gamemaster or join a multiplayer server.
  2. Crash will occur usually within 5 minutes, rarely 1-5 hrs.
Additional Information

This seems to an issue that has been occurring for people both with Nvidia and AMD systems.
For Nvidia systems it seems like rolling back graphics drivers or changing CPU ring ratios in BIOS have had a positive effect.
In my case I have tried everything I have seen suggested by people in Bohemia forums, Steam forums, Reddit and Discord. I´m out of ideas.

There are bug reports as far back as may 2024 with the same crash error, and I don´t wish to dogpile on the issue but I would like to have other peoples input on this issue.

This has nothing to do with the GPU correct? It is actually an memory access issue.

For people with an AMD system that have managed to fix the problem, what steps did you take?

If there are others experiencing similiar issues, please create reports aswell.
