Please provide the following when creating the Ticket:

Game Version number: 1.2.1.173, 1.3 exp.

Issue Description: I think there should be fire extinguishers added. Maybe a big version and a small version, or only a small version.
It is unrealistic to put out large vehicle fires by using only a wrench.
Also, if the fuel tank is ignited in the fire you will not be able to get close enough with a wrench to put the fire out. See T184580
So, there would be one small extinguisher and a wrench for every vehicle, I guess. Extinguishers maybe only spawn naturally in the military vehicle variants.
The extinguishers could then be used once or twice before becoming empty.
