Issue Description: The BTR fire damage radius is too big which makes it very difficult to extinguish the fires, see video.

Steps To Reproduce

Please include reproduction steps here!!!!
Set a BTR on fire and extinguish it from different angles

Additional Information

Might be the same case for other vehicles but I only know of the BTR fire zone.
