Issue Description:
Server performance is inadequate even on low player counts, with almost no action occurring ingame.
Rubberbanding is common and vehicles are undriveable.
Server performance dips every few minutes.
Occurs on server: [OFFICIAL] Conflict Full - 15404263 (EU-FFM)
-Enter the server mencioned in the description;
-Observe.
Server performance was adequate in the last few days until now.

@byNautiic This server is the only Everon - EU Conflict Official server that is available on experimental* (if I recall correctly).
Alright gotcha, not an admin, was just wondering if for example you experienced any other server having problems with severe rubberbanding etc.
Even around 100 ping (US server) I would not expect extreme lag issues like severe rubberbanding and freezes (no action).
