Issue Description:

Since the recent update the "Talk over long-radio" does switch the radio used for "Radio communication" bind instead, I assume it was done to make the control scheme bit easier on consoles.

This however breaks the setup like mine where I do expect to "Press key A" for short radio comms, "Press key B" for long radio comms, I feel like having dedicated keys for short and long radio makes it better for PC players (like it was before 1.2).

Proposed solution, (with XBOX binds):

Radio communication - LB
Cycle transceiver - LB + B
Cycle radio - LB + A (replaces current "Talk over long-radio")
Talk over short-radio - unbound
Talk over long-radio - unbound
