This probably applies to all platforms, but discovered this on PC.
The new map Sakhal has loot spawning underground in the sub-terraranan bunkers near the special event bunker. I'm a server owner and I can see the loot spawning 5-15 meters directly below it with ESP tools.

There are also other locations on Sakhal where loot is meshing into objects. Will report and give accurate locations when I have time.
No steps needed, Loot will spawn under these bunkers, To my knowledge have not been able to see loot spawn properly there
@Whisken if there isn't an official update on Github today, I'll create new loot points and post them.

I'm noticing its in areas all over the map. The other day I found loot meshed into outhouses, and missing terrain.
I was working on adding some modded items to the T3 and T4 military item, so I was testing out spawns by flying around in ESP when I noticed the same issue. Not all of the loot is under the floor either, I have found numerous spawns, crates especially, that had items hidden behind or in them. Pretty ridiculous.
