Please provide the following when creating the Ticket:

Game Version number: Experimental 1.2.0.12 (Steam)
Modded?: No
Issue Description:

sensitivity drops when :

Steps To Reproduce

Case 1:
Take any binocular in hands
Press RMButton
Try to move mouse from left to right

Case 2:
Hold any weapon
Press and hold RMButton
Move mouse from left to right

Expected result:
sensitivity doenst drop and remain same as before aiming

Actual result:
sensitivity significantly drops
