I have placed all the materials (using sticks) into the improvised shelter kit and after spending a few minutes trying to find the correct spot to actually craft it, the game refuses to actually build the shelter. I have tried at least 6 times now and each time, I get the "craft" prompt, hold down the correct key so the activity circle appears and when it completes it nothing happens. I have about 1,700 hours in the game so do know what I am doing although I haven't played for a couple of years

I've had this issue with fence walls and I felt like it happened because something would obstruct the build. Maybe the game allows you to place the kit without checking if the fully built object would have enough room.

Hey @Docnix it is a bit scuffed atm. Try being as far away as possible while still being able to access the build prompt. That did it for me. Lmk if it helps :)

Am currently having this issue
Dayz build level - 1.22.156656
Shelter kit places ok, components load in. Build prompt appears. Build wheel activates, but on completion of build, but no shelter appears.
Only trying in wooded areas at the moment as shown
