due to the autocenter property missing in more than a handful of objects for public access, if there's a plan to not add it due to compatibility issues/future problems with forcing map makers to push an impromptu update..
can either of the following be added to terrain builder itself.
- not calculate bounding box for certain models on import/every time you load the project., and treat model point "0 0 0" as if autocenter 0 was applied.
- flip the boundingcenter value as an import/template setting to bring it to correct import height regardless of autocenter setting.
doing either also requires a function added to the game to get model origin "0 0 0" as well, mentioned in Object Spawner referencing the p3d
