Give the player the abality to set loadouts in main menu that will be available near the armory of russia and usa.
Need to apply the correct filter to allow only the player faction equipments to be available. And so loadout can't be a mix of russia/usa stuff.
Need to apply the correct filter based on the mod loaded with the server played by the player.
