Hello.
It has been noted quite a number of times in the community that there is a growing number of new weapons added that do not have retexture capability and support which is an oversight with the new content added.
This has lead to members of the modding community, including myself, looking into other ways to retexture these weapons such as prefixing, as well as overriding the DamageSystem for the model.
Here are a few examples of the testing I have done to see what firearms are unable to be retextured.
SSG82 - Camo01 & 02 not defined in model.cfg.
SVAL - Camo Rails not defined in model.cfg
CZ550 - zbytek/camo not defined in model.cfg and model
Famas - Camo01 & 02 not defined in model.cfg
Longhorn - Camo not defined in config.cpp
P1 Pistol - Camo not defined in config.cpp and model.cfg
AUR AX & A1 - Camo for main stock textures incorrectly assigned. No matter what model.cfg says or is defined, unless the model is correctly defined with stock selection, retextures are not possible.
These should be a relatively easy fix. I have previously created a ticket regarding just the CZ550, so this can be merged if needs be.
