[Feature Request] Expand namedProperties SQF command to return named properties for a specific LOD

Description

Atm namedProperties command only returns them for the Geo LOD. However the various other LODs can also contain named properties and having those exposed would be quite handy.

namedProperties [object, lodResolution]

Especially with https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/allLODs available now
