Changed: After using a bandage, automatically assigns a new one to the quick bar

tested in 0.9.5.109 and unfortunately, and contrary to the changelog, a new bandage is *not* assigned to the quickbar after use.

Can confirm this has happened to me plenty after the update. Not sure if it searching all clothing, vest, backpack slots or if you have mixed US and Russian bandage if it knows the difference to restack.
