Which came with windows 11.
I downloaded Steam then the game but when I click the start button nothing happens at all.
Can you help?
Try and start the game using the shortcut to the launcher or through the launch game button on Steam.
There is nothing. No loader. I press the button on steam then it goes into a light colour and I cant press it. Then after a few moments it goes back to green then I can press it again. When I click the shortcut its as though I have not clicked it at all.
Your new Windows is probably missing some software needed to launch the game.
Make sure you have installed all drivers (GPU, etc.), DirectX and VC++ 2013 Redist package.

So did you make sure you have installed DirectX 11 and VC++ 2013 Redist packages, and verified the game data via Steam?

You just need the normal drivers needed for running a game. The GPU and Audio drivers are probably all you need.
