At the moment it feels like everyone gets shot unconscious wakes up in 4-5 seconds, does not matter the calibre, shot by .308 or .357 or 7.62x39 they all take the same time until waking up.

It’s currently far too short, in my opinion. I love the idea of different calibers having an effect on the time you are unconscious… variety is the spice of life, after all.
I was hoping that the higher caliber rounds would still knock you out for a long time. I’m one of those sadists who looks back fondly on the unconscious state in pre .63… When you could be knocked out for up to half an hour +… I know those days won’t return, but I think the powerful ammunition needs to make you sleep for at least a minute!
