SFX bug when you on some object in building

Description

While player in a covered building, he hears outside sounds through the sound-filter

In any building (no matter what type):

  1. was by default on terrain
  2. was placed by the mission author in Eden

But if any object is placed in this building by Eden, player when he stands on this object will hear sounds without filters, as if he is outside the house
