DayZ Exp 1.08 BACKPACKS CHANGE STAMINA AFTER RELOG AND OF SERVER RESTARTS

I noticed that vests , and back packs change effect on stamina after you log off and relog later .. I thought the issue was just certain vests that where having the issue as it turns out its a relog or relogging after the server has restarted .. see picks below .. I found another hunting bag after dropping the bugged hunting bag ..and the issue went away when I picked up a different hunting bag ..and dropped the old one.

Steps To Reproduce

pick up a hunting bag, or most military vests equip and then log off ..when you log back on you can no longer run stamina gone, remove back stamina back
see various picks after relog of with hunting bag on and off and the new hunting bag on that after swapping issue went away .. but it keeps recurring after I log back on
