Stamina seems to have been seriously effected all of a sudden. I had been using a Field Back pack, Press vest, etc and still had approx. 50% stamina. But I came back on after playing earlier today and my stamina had gone!

Steps To Reproduce
I logged out and back in: still the same.
I replaced the 20kg Field Back pack (full) with an 8kg Combat Backpack (empty) and stamina still the same.
I replaced press vest with a field vest: still the same.
