As the title says, I think it would be fair if you found the plate carrier pouches, that they would award you extra quickbar slots, as the logic always seemed to be, if you have more pockets on your clothing, you get more of those slots.

If we wanted to take it a bit further, I think it would be appropriate for all types of vests that currently allow for grenades being attached, as those would be reachable as well. Ideally it would the quickbar-slots would be tied to the grenades only, but I'm aware, that this would require another system to be implemented first.

Maybe this is for balance, for example, if you want to run longer and have more slots then you will wear a vest, and if you want to have protection from bullets wear plate carrier, but you will run not so long and slots will have less.

@4NDRO1D Well the plate carrier is already balanced in the "but you will run not so long"-part of things, as it eats alot of your stamina bar. As for quickbar-slots perhaps it could be 1 or 2 slots less than with an, let's say, assault vest, since that one has quite a few more pockets.

Two slots less than assault vest that would be great.

While Plate Carrier balancing is a hot topic right know for 1.13. Is this part of intensional "blancing" or a bug?
