In the room, near the arch of the entrance to the fortress, there are places with objects that are generated in the wall or under the floor. Along the perimeter of the room are many items, but access to items is not always possible. This happens on all fortresses where this room is. But I suppose that there may be more places with objects in the fortress, where access to objects is impossible.

Go into the room near the arch, the arch of the entrance to the fortress, look for objects around the perimeter of the room.
Additional Information
I assume that incorrect position places spawn objects are more places in the game. Very often there are places empty spawn items. This often occurs in the guard towers, homes, etc.
