Could you try capturing the issue on a video or send us a screenshot of how does the issue manifest? Has relogging or having a new character had any effect on the issue you have experienced? And has it occurred all the time when you have switched between the sights/scope (through the scrolling wheel?)?

Sorry for the delay - not had much time to test recently
Attached is an example screenshot of it happening again with just a pistol this time - looks same as previous described issue with mosin.
Tried relogging and it was still there.

Still the same on my graphics settings. It looks a bit better on Extreme settings.
