When I scroll in entities list it also moves the camera

Description

Camera should not move while I'm scrolling in the list.

Steps To Reproduce

Open Eden
Go to 3D view
Place many units so that the scroll bar appears under Entities list on left
Try scrolling through Entities list

Expected Results:
List should scroll without camera moving

List scrolls and camera moves

You will see camera zoom and entities panel scroll at the same time.
