Tried to assign controls to mouse buttons, and the controls would work for a split second before stopping.
Set mouse button#5 to Push-To-Talk and when pressed it would only let me speak for a split second.
Set Sec. Mouse Button to Zoom and when pressed it would zoom in for a split second before stopping.
Remove binds to controls
Place new binds to mouse buttons
Try to press those newly assigned buttons
Controls assigned will only work for a split second
Can confirm. I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to assign it to "mouse button 4" as i do in every game and it only shows the mic icon for a split second. Setting it to caps works fine though.
Same, all my custom binds from previous patches for separate keybinds to hold breath, zoom in, zoom out doesnt work. I tried everything. The key works only for split second. Also hold breath is not binded in default controls and when I bind it to any key it doesnt have any effect in game.

Can you try to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ, start the game up and set up your key bindings again and let us know if the issue still persists?

Maybe you could fix issue with combined keybinds and mouse binds etc. Right control + Mousewheel Up/Down. Can't seem to be able to bind those combinations anymore.

key bindings are totally FUBAR for me as well. can not bind multiple, and cant enable xinput for analog binds.
