Usually I have move forward on mouse5 and voip on mouse4.

However when I try to bind these keys now it will activate and then immediately release as if I am not holding it down.

I have gotten around it by remapping my mouse to unused keys on my keyboard and then assigning those keys in game instead of mouse buttons. But this is not ideal.
