Memory Leaks. Dev-Build
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I am working on a custom mission for Arma 3. I have 30-40 FPS in the Eden editor, but when I play the mission I have around 1-3 FPS. I teleport to a location on the map I want to test. (ALT+ LMB). After a few seconds, the game crashes and gives me the following error:

This is happening on Tanoa with the latest Dev Branch. (09/06/2016)

The Crash File I saved was too big to upload, but here is a download link from google drive:https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6JxoPZDkafodnJwMDFhWElsY3M/view?usp=sharing

There is quite a bit of units placed in the mission, but its nothing compared to my Altis mission.

It may help them to reproduce the crash if you could include the mission.

I think it should also be stated that this is a different type of memory error than a memory leak. The following image is the type of error you would get from a memory leak.

Hi, I'm not sure if I want to share the mission here. I can send it privately to a DEV or someone trusted :) I don't want counterfeit versions of my mission to be released. I hope you understand.

I have done more testing and I found that this only happens when I test the mission in singleplayer through eden. I hosted the same mission on a MP server from the main menu and the mission runs at 30 FPS no problem.

Same here! At 3.067,8 MB RAM usage.

I have a video uploaded here with various clips of the memory leak in action, is this the same problem you're experiencing Chillroy?
